This short safari takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda for a close-up experience with mountain gorillas. You’ll fly from Entebbe to Kihihi and spend two nights at a comfortable lodge near the forest. The second day is spent tracking gorillas through the jungle with expert guides a rare and memorable moment. On the third day, you’ll fly back to Entebbe in time to catch your international flight
3 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari Extension
Day 1: Arrive Entebbe fly to Bwindi.
Arrive Entebbe International Airport before 1130hrs. Meet our representative and proceed to the domestic check-in point and fly to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Meet your guide at Kihihi airstrip and transfer to the lodge in Buhoma or Ruhija. Arrive in time for lunch. Relaxed afternoon.
Meals and overnight accommodation at Bwindi Lodge / Buhoma Lodge / Kiho Gorilla Lodge.
Day 2: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable.
After early morning breakfast, transfer to the park head quarters for briefing on the Gorilla Tracking Adventure. Meeting the gorillas in their natural habitat is a one in a lifetime experience. Lunch at the lodge. Dinner and overnight accommodation at Bwindi Lodge / Buhoma Lodge / Kiho Gorilla Lodge.
Day 3: Fly from Bwindi to Entebbe.
After breakfast, transfer to Kihihi Airstrip. Fly to Entebbe and connect to the next international flight.
